Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, manage and evaluate HR policies and procedures
2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
3. Create and manage job postings, applications, and interviews
4. Foster positive employee relations with strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Oversee payroll and benefits administration
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
7. Analyze and report on HR metrics and suggest improvements
8. Support and encourage learning and development initiatives
9. Monitor and review staffing needs and provide suggestions as needed
10. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment regulations
Requirements:
1. Only candidates with prior experience in HR preferred
2. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
3. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English proficiency (spoken) as well as exposure to working on HRIS & talent acquisition
