About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct HR interviews & assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
2. Manage the new joining induction, orientation, and documentation
3. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties with regard to documentation on labor statutory and HR norms
4. Handle employee database (both in soft form and files management)
5. Manage the leaves and attendance records
6. Work on confirmations, performance appraisals, and performance management
7. Handle employee grievances, concerns, and issues
8. Conduct employee engagement activities to create a happy, productive work environment
9. Conduct frequent employee meetings to review employee performance and concerns to be in line with the organization's goals
10. Conduct exit interviews and analysis of the same
11. Manage the full and final settlement

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
