Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the hiring process
2. Oversee the onboarding processes, exit interviews, full and final procedures, etc.
3. Maintain employee welfare
4. Maintain discipline and uphold processes
5. Manage attendance and payroll (optional since we already have people taking care of this but wouldn't mind streamlining it eventually if we like the person)
