RERA Easy was founded in April 2017 with the goal of assisting and guiding real estate professionals in understanding, implementing, and complying with the RERA Act.
RERA Easy is now serving as a legal advisor and RERA consultant to over 1500+ real estate developers in the state of Maharashtra. In the MahaRERA Court, our Legal Team is presently handling over 500 litigation cases.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Screen resumes and application forms & confirm interviews with candidates
2. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
3. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
4. Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process
5. Work on communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
6. Work on reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
7. Work on preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, organizational development, labor relations, or business

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
