You will be the go-to person for all things HR at AceIPM. From conducting interviews to maintaining employee records, you will wear many hats in this role.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial screenings and interviews for all open positions
2. Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates
3. Onboard new employees and help them acclimatize to the organization
4. Update job descriptions and prepare performance review materials
Skills & experience:
1. Bachelor s degree in any field
2. Prior internship/full-time experience in HR is a plus
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Hindi & English)
4. Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Sheets/Docs
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 5%
