Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a detailed record of the company s employees
2. Handling all the hiring & recruitment processes of all the departments
3. Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the human resources department
4. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
5. Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation

Skills & Requirements:

1. MBA graduates preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
