Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop plans and strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent
2. Review resumes and credentials for suitable candidates
3. Participate in the recruitment and selection process
4. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with legal and labor regulations
5. Facilitate training and development activities
6. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure employee performance meets expectations
7. Develop and administer policies and procedures related to human resources
8. Handle disciplinary matters and grievances
9. Oversee payroll and benefits administration
10. Ensure English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
