1. Recruit and onboard new employees
2. Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets
3. Manage payrolls with the accounts team
4. Monitor and keep records of office supplies, including consumables and laptops, and research advantageous deals or suppliers
5. Serve as a lead administrator for tasks related to facilities maintenance, such as furniture, IT, and R&D equipment
6. Maintain various agreements, documents, forms, and formats as per predefined formats (latest version)
7. Maintain attendance records
8. Provide support to other departments and managers
9. Ensure quality and cost control is maintained in all departments
10. Ensure a clean office environment
Requirements:
1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
2. Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is an advantage
