1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer release
2. Coordinate pre-joining formalities and background verification
3. Facilitate onboarding including documentation, induction, and HRIS enrollment
4. Handle the exit process and manage final settlements
5. Ensure proper knowledge handover and deactivation of system access
6. Collate and verify attendance and leave data
7. Calculate and run the payroll
8. Coordinate with finance for salary processing
9. Plan and schedule training sessions in coordination with departments
10. Track attendance, collect feedback, and maintain training records
11. Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns
12. Resolve grievances confidentially and in line with company policies
13. Escalate serious matters to HR leadership when needed
14. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
15. Maintain organized employee files and update HRMS regularly
16. Assist employees in resolving minor technical issues (e.g., login/access problems)
17. Coordinate with IT team for prompt resolution of technical escalations
18. Support new joiners with initial system setup and access provisioning
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
3. Familiarity with HRMS systems and payroll
4. Strong understanding of HR laws and policies
5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
