1)Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees.
2)Payroll Management:
Processing monthly payroll, managing attendance records, and resolving payroll-related queries.
3)Employee Engagement:
Planning and organizing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Addressing employee concerns and maintaining a positive work culture.
4) Performance Management:
Assisting in the performance appraisal process and providing feedback mechanisms.
5) HR Operations:
Maintaining employee records in the HRMS.
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively.
6)HR Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, employee records, and statutory requirements like PF, ESI, etc.
