Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist new employees with completing necessary documentation and Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete before the new joiner starts.
2. Manage daily requests for email id's and asset for new joiners.
3. Initiate background verification process for new hires to ensure they meet company standards and compliance regulations and Coordinate with third-party verification agencies if necessary.
4. Assist with internal or external audits by providing requested documentation, reports, and support. Ensure that all records and processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Provide support with generating and maintaining reports for HR and other departments. Ensure that data is accurately input, and reports are delivered on time.
