Digi Grow Hub Education is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager with a range of skills and experience. The position requires excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Word and MS Excel. The HR Manager will play a key part in the development of the company, driving growth and providing invaluable support to the team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement plans which focus on increasing the effectiveness of the HR department
2. Maintain HR-related documentation, such as recruitment records and personnel data
3. Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR policies and procedures
4. Play an active part in the recruitment process, including training new staff members
5. Manage and administer training and development programs
6. Create and implement employee performance evaluation systems
7. Analyze employee feedback and generate reports
8. Develop and maintain employee relationships to promote a positive working environment
