About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drafting and posting job ads
2. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
3. Screening the candidates as per client requirements doing end-to-end recruitment
4. Sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and skills tests by coordinating appointments
5. Conducting interviews with candidates either in person, over the phone, or through Skype/zoom call
6. Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the recruiting database
7. Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops
8. Planning and executing company events
9. Protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential
10. Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the recruitment team

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn MS-Excel

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Good communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude are mandatory

0-1 years of experience as an HR executive

Proven experience in recruitment

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, employee engagement

Well-versed with Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach

Graduate - MBA & BTech & degree BSC in any specialization

Additional HR training will be a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
