About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct online training programs for sales folks
2. Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training calendar
4. Ensure training data is maintained for all training activities
5. Customize training content as per regional needs
6. Monitor field performance using on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires
7. Coordinate all training activities
8. Maintain training assets

Who can apply:

1. Graduate freshers with excellent communication and 6 months of experience in training preferred
