Key responsibilities:

1. Working on recruiting/hiring
2. Fostering a safe work environment
3. Managing employee relations
4. Administering payroll
5. Managing compensation and benefits packages
6. Handling disciplinary needs
7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
8. Overseeing training programs

Skills & requirements:

1. B.A. or M.A. in human resource management or related qualifications
2. Prior experience in hiring, and creating accounts on job portals like Indeed, etc.
3. Prior experience in recruiting is desired
4. Expertise in sourcing profiles across various recruitment platforms
5. Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
6. Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
7. Effectively and positively influences peers/subordinates/superiors in difficult/complex situations
8. Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
9. Solid interpersonal skills
10. Listens effectively
11. Invites open communication and feedback
12. English and Hindi proficiency - written and oral

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 14,000 - 20,000 /month
