Key responsibilities:

1. Handling IT and non-IT recruitment for clients in the Philippines and Malaysia
2. Working on full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, shortlisting, negotiation, uploading applicants' CVs, scheduling interviews, and making offers
3. Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, Shine, and Linkedin
4. Achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement
5. Validating resumes for expertise and verification of status
6. Understanding the requirements for hiring
7. Ensuring that the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost-effective
8. Innovating and thinking out of the box to source and attract talent
9. Understanding the company and its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
10. Meeting clients' requirements

Who can apply:

1. Freshers and master's degree candidates both
2. Candidates with proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter is a plus
3. Candidates with hands-on experience with telephonic skills
