About the job
Madshades Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist. As an HR Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's success by managing various HR activities and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks
2. Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
3. Support employee development initiatives by identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness
4. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, ensuring compliance with company regulations
5. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations, using MS-Office and MS-Word
6. Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
7. Collaborate with management to address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and improve overall employee satisfaction


1. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
2. Proficient in MS-Office and MS-Word for data management and reporting
3. A bachelor's degree in HR management or related field is preferred
4. Prior experience in HR or related field is an asset
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
