1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assist in the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and employee recognition programs
5. Provide support in the coordination of training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback
6. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, benefits, and reimbursements
