About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work alongside the market analytics team and use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our client's/prospects' target audiences and trends
2. Agree on objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads, or sales as a starting point
3. Analyze the end of campaign performance, come back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identify successes and areas for improvement
4. Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives, identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiate fair rates for content, and ensure the relevant agreements are in place
5. Effectively manage client campaigns, ensure they're delivered on time and to a high standard, communicate with social influencers and platform partners as well as internal communications, i.e. with the creative, content & digital PR, and paid media teams
6. Build and maintain relationships easily and effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
