We are looking for inside sales junior executives to reach out to enquiring candidates about IIDE s digital marketing courses. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. They should have active listening skills with a passion for education and student journeys.
Key responsibilities:
1. Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries
2. Call students from a given database for lead generation
3. Maintain strong follow-ups with interested students
4. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly targets
5. Reach out to students of various colleges and working professionals for shorter courses
6. Work on WhatsApp sales communication
Who can apply:
1. 0-2 years of work experience
2. Fluent written & spoken English language skills
3. Should be dedicated, efficient, and highly motivated
4. Excellent telecom and computer skills
5. Graduate/Diploma holder
6. Candidate age group - 18+
7. The candidate must be residing in Mumbai
Expected deliverables/KPIs :
1. Minimum 60-80 connected calls a day
2. Weekly revenue targets are to be met consistently as per the batch requirements
3. 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
