Willingness to talk to 60-70 customers every day over the phone pitching WizKlub programs and performing regular sales follow-ups
Willingness to work 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday
Prior experience in an ed-tech company engagement (advantageous)
A background in selling publications, cold calling, education sales (advantageous)
Keen to learn and upgrade the product knowledge from time to time for better sales
Willingness to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Zeal to sell and learn in a fast-paced environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will remain the same.
