About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on promoting olympiads, assessments and other learning programs designed for children belonging to the age group of 6-14 years
2. Work on contacting schools over the phone
3. Work on convincing the school to register for WizKlub programs
4. Perform regular follow-ups with the clients
5. Upgrade the product knowledge from time to time for better sales
6. Work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

Other requirements

Willingness to talk to 60-70 customers every day over the phone pitching WizKlub programs and performing regular sales follow-ups

Willingness to work 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday

Prior experience in an ed-tech company engagement (advantageous)

A background in selling publications, cold calling, education sales (advantageous)

Keen to learn and upgrade the product knowledge from time to time for better sales

Willingness to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Zeal to sell and learn in a fast-paced environment

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will remain the same.
