Mentoria (ww.mentoria.com) is transforming India and then the world by ensuring every human on the planet loves the work they do. We've built a career discovery platform that enables students and working professionals to discover themselves and their future worlds. We handhold users for 6-8 years in their journey of career discovery until they step into the right career. We're looking for persistent and innovative sales professionals to help us scale up our B2B corporate sales revenue stream. We partner with CHROs, L&D heads, engagement heads, and talent management/OD teams to launch Mentoria as an engagement and wellness initiative within corporates. Corporates across India implement activities like parties/picnics that have little to no impact on their employees' wellness/engagement. Taking care of the future of their employees' children creates an overwhelming amount of goodwill and ownership. This is a sales role and so will have monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals in terms of qualified meetings.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn connects, events, and other outreach methods to set up meetings with HR stakeholders across organizations
2. Conducting follow-ups with key HR stakeholders to set up qualified meetings for the corporate sales team
3. Sharing the requisite content and proposals to corporates we meet and conducting regular follow-ups
4. Supporting our corporate sales team in every manner necessary to reach Mentoria's revenue goals
Skills & Requirements:
1. People who have experience working on lead generation
2. 0-2 years of sales experience
3. Love cold-calling, pitching, and setting up qualified meetings
4. Hyper-persistence to ensure that once you spot a lead, you don't stop until you get a meeting with them
5. You have an entrepreneurial mindset - what does that mean? you're ambitious/driven, you don't cry over spilled milk, and have the risk appetite to come up with and execute experiments/solutions
6. You don't need to be constantly told what to do
7. You believe that more money can be made by owning a part of the company (ESOPS) and growing it exponentially
8. A driving passion for sales that will help you collaborate with us to achieve this nation-transforming ambition
9. You ve worked with targets and timelines in the past - with incentives
