This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Key responsibilities:
1. Counsel students in building their careers
2. Research, target, and open new client opportunities
3. Develop targeted messaging to engage prospective customers
4. Call the leads assigned
5. Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
6. Update the CRM system with all customer communications
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Freshers to 2+ years previous sales experience
Experience with CRM systems
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
