About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact, develop relationships with prospects, and recommend solutions
3. Make outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Ensure daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Education - Any post-graduate (MBA, PGDM, M. Tech/MCom/MA, etc.) with 0-1 year experience

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good interpersonal skills and numerical and analytical ability

Decision-making skills

Languages required - English & Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Should be flexible for the day shift (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)

Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays

Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,30,000 /year
