About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Handle outbound calls on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Work on daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
2. Any postgraduate (MBA, PGDM, M. Tech/MCom/MA, etc.) with 0-1 experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Good interpersonal skills and numerical and analytical ability
5. Decision-making skills
6. Language required English & Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu
7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
8. Should be flexible for the day shift (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
9. Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
10. A laptop with a webcam and good speed internet connection is a must

Note: Training will be provided for the initial few days for an employee to understand the end-to-end process.
