About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Assist with selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Assist to follow up daily on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Skills & requirements:

1. Only sales executives
2. Any postgraduate (MBA, PGDM, MTech/MCom/MA, etc. with 0-1 year experience)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
5. Decision-making skills
6. Languages required are English and Hindi (mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)
7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
8. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization
9. English & Hindi speaking candidates

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 5,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:
