1. Answering leads to explain product details generated through ads run on Google and other social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
2. Following up on potential leads and converting them into prospective clients
3. Maintaining relationships with clients by understanding and resolving their queries to eventually upsell them
4. Undertaking stock management and creating quotations
