About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Talking to all the leads that you get and understanding whether they have enough clients and budget to buy the software
2. Working as a product consultant to wellness professionals
3. Giving online demonstrations to sales-qualified leads
4. Handling all further conversations from product questions to pricing negotiations after an opportunity is created to eventually close the deal
5. Handing it over to the customer success team after the deal has been closed
6. Nurturing all the marketing-qualified leads in your pipeline with high-quality follow-ups (You will be supported by the rest of the team whenever you need help. Eg: if there are deep technical questions, an engineer can join the call with you. If there are questions about the product roadmap, a product manager will join the call)
7. Identifying insights and pain points from conversations with prospects, and contributing to the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team

2. Great command of the English language
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Good screen presence
5. empathy for nutrition professionals to be able to speak their language and practice solution selling
6. Presence of mind to handle client queries
7. Open to feedback and acceptance of constructive criticism
8. Laptop with webcam
