Inside Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle outbound calls to customers
2. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
3. Learn details about our product and service offerings
4. Address any questions or issues customers may have and communicate with them to understand their requirements and needs
5. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions
6. Keep an updated customer database
7. Upsell other products wherever possible
8. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
9. Maintain good customer relations
10. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
11. Work on being well-read on the company s services and possible FAQs on product-related answers

Who can apply:

1. 2+ years of experience in international BPO
2. Basic awareness of telesales/inside sales/telemarketing/telecalling
3. Articulate & strong phone-verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
4. Higher pay for callers who already dialed for the UK process - IVA/DMP
5. Enthusiastic to hit or exceed sales quotas
6. Excellent English communication skills
7. Excellent convincing power
8. Fair knowledge of sales and marketing
9. Basic computer knowledge
10. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
