About the job

Edureify is looking for an inside sales executive who will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new businesses. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup company that is attempting to revolutionize education, by connecting schools and parents. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
3. Handling regular business process improvements and updates
4. Maintaining databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
5. Devising B2B (business-to-business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

Other requirements

Must have 2 - 4 years of sales experience in the education/ed-tech space

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people daily

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Strong listening and presentation skills, self-motivated, and a self-starter

Fluency in English and Hindi language is a must

Working knowledge of a regional language is a plus, however, not essential

Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
