About the job

This job is for inside sales (new sales & renewal sales) function for CRM/ERP/Cloud products and services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with clients and look after their sales/renewal needs
2. Coordinate with project and technical team to fulfill client queries/support needs
3. Coordinate with the accounts team for billing/accounting work
4. Keep our CRM up-to-date for deals/opportunities/tasks, etc.
5. Work on exceptional customer service, customer retention, and license sales revenue

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Graduate in any field, MBA/PGDM would be preferred

0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales in a CRM/ERP/Cloud company

Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills (in English)

Should have minimum of 60% marks from 10th till graduation (all years)

Career-oriented, self-starter and a team person

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
