Inside Sales/Renewal Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to the government & private customers over call and mail for the due renewals
2. Involve channel partners in the process if they are still working on that account
3. Provide customers with all needed assistance by collaborating with different teams to successfully renew the subscription
4. Propose relevant additional services or user licenses to upsell and increase the ticket size
5. Attend commercial negotiation meetings virtually if the customer is willing to do it as part of their process
6. Verify the PO and ensure it is in compliance with the company s policy and submit it to finance for invoicing.
7. Inform the relevant department to extend the license based on the terms and conditions signed in PO
8. Inform the customer and collect feedback
9. Update and maintain the renewal data in the CRM

Skills required:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong interpersonal skills to build confidence and convince the customer
3. Prior experience in a similar role would be given preference
4. Highly adaptive and quick to learn
5. Must have a basic understanding of network security
6. 'Whatever it takes' attitude
7. Must be able to handle different situations with ease and derive results
