Inside Sales Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
2. Working on advising customers by answering incoming calls, also calling on leads retrieved through social media
3. Keeping up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines
4. Reaching out to potential or existing clients to advise them about our services utilizing pre-defined scripts
5. Working on responding to inquiries concerning services or the organization
6. Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
7. Assisting with acquiring and updating an individual's contact details
8. Working on calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of services
9. Placing phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
10. Working on performing script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales program
11. Assisting with answering potential clients questions about competitive exams
12. Generating between 3 to 5 sales prospects per day
13. Setting appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules
14. Maintaining computer, telephone and other equipment
15. Working on training other colleagues when required
16. Working on communicating any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff
17. Working on communicating respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
