About the job
We are seeking Inside Sales Associates, proficient in Assamese and/or Bengali respectively, to join our Emerging Markets Team in Kolkata. The incumbents will be instrumental in forging partnerships with schools in Assam and West Bengal, reporting directly to the Avidii School Ambassador.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outreach to schools in Assam and West Bengal, presenting Avidii's offerings and establishing strategic partnerships
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals, chairpersons, and directors
3. Set up meetings with potential partners, ensuring transparency and clear communication about the purpose and context of the meetings
4. Provide support on marketing initiatives and work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement effective outreach strategies
5. Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role involving outreach, lead generation, and/or sales automation.
3. Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Assamese or Bengali language.
5. Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
7. Insight into the education sector in Assam and West Bengal.
8. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
