About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on constant innovation with an eye on global trends
2. Collaborate with product design, management, and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the final visuals and experience
3. Collaborate effectively with UX designers to achieve the desired outcome
4. Work on sharpening the design solution by sharing ideas early for feedback, and work on being open to testing, and making iterations
5. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
6. Create micro-interactions, layouts, and patterns to perfect the interaction
7. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
8. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
9. Document the process
10. Rinse and repeat

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Worked on Lottie/Figma

3. Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

4. A deep understanding of the role of an interaction designer in promoting usability and learnability of the interface

5. A basic understanding of ergonomics and its application in UI

6. An understanding of the role of emotion and feedback in the design

7. The ability to build on and align to a design system

8. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other visual design tools. Motion design tools similar to After Effects or the proficient use of Lottie will be an added edge

9. Proficiency in rapid prototyping.

10. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

11. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

12. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

13. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

14. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

15. A love of story-telling, animation, and narrative styles will be an advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: 6 - 12 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 94%

2. Variable component: 6%
