Key responsibilities:

1. Create designs based on conversations with a client
2. Communicate regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback
3. Maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client
4. Own the sales funnel & drive sales closure
5. Own customer experience during a project
6. Lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables
7. Own an end-to-end project lifecycle

Other requirements

Graduation/Relevant diploma/15 years of academic education

Minimum experience of 1 year as an interior designer

Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects

Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD

Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)

Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)

Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)

Civil works & services (specifications & installation details) knowledge

Holds project expertise in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies

Holds sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch

Knowledge in and leading the design meetings with the customers

Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication

Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, and the ability to drive performance among independent team members

Should have excellent creative thinking skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹19,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
