We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of interior designer. The interior designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs, and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications. You must also comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
2. Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires
3. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address client's needs
4. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
5. Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
6. Conceptualize and sketch design plans
7. Determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
8. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
9. Utilize computer applications in the design process
10. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
1. Candidates who have 1-4 years of relevant experience can apply (not freshers)
2. Candidates should have exposure in residential & modular kitchens, with client-facing experience
3. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
4. Candidates with a portfolio of design work
5. Candidates with strong communication and presentation skills
6. Candidates with project management skills
7. Candidates who can join immediately
