Who can apply:
1. Graduation/relevant diploma and 15 years of academic education
2. Experience leading and delivering a minimum of 5 to 6 residential projects
3. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
4. Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)
5. Technical design experience (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
6. Modular design experience (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
7. Civil works & services experience (specifications & installation details)
8. Hold project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
9. Hold sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitches
10. Hold behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
11. Hold a high degree of willingness to learn and the ability to drive performance among independent team members
