Key responsibilities:

1. Make international outbound calls to promote product sales
2. Work on new business development through cold calling/outbound calls
3. Create, maintain, and update the database/reports of prospects
4. Consolidate the existing customer base while building a new customer base
5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time
6. Handle customer needs and requirements
7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them
8. Assist and support the sales head in handling customer requests and needs
