About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct IT skills gap analyses
2. Design technical manuals using simple language
3. Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
4. Research and recommend learning systems (like TalentLMS and WiZDOM Enterprise)
5. Apply educational methods to engage trainees (e.g. gamification-based platforms)
6. Train new employees on the proper use of hardware and software
7. Perform regular organization-wide training on system security
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
9. Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials

Skill(s) required

Arduino Internet of Things (IoT)

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Arduino

Learn Internet of Things

Learn VLSI Design

Learn Git & Github

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Proven work experience as an IT trainer, technical trainer, or similar role

Experience designing technical course material

Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques

Good understanding of corporate computer security principles

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly

BSc in information technology, computer science, or relevant field

Additional certification in training (e.g. certified technical trainer) is a plus

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
