About the job

Key responsibilities:

As an Inventory Management/Sales Assistant Manager, you will lead:
1. Inward inventory management including GRNs
2.Identification of slow-moving inventory and building promotional schemes to clear it off.
3.Deciding MIN -MAX inventory levels, ordering items in time, follow-ups & ensure receipts
4.Improve inventory turns & analyse inventory data to decide optimum level on inventories
5.Improve retail sales by cross selling, customer connect

Requirements

1. B.Com/ BBA/ MBA with minimum 1-2 years of work experience; Basic knowledge of essential software including inventory management. Excel etc

2.Decent communication, discipline, self-motivated with leadership skills. Innovative/positive mind set, problem solving skills, person who has worked in inventory management/ retail sales in FMCG or big retail stores in past will be preferred.

3.Willingness to sale & passion for customer satisfaction , good at building customer connect

Compensation and Benefits

1.Yearly INR 250000-300000/, plus attractive performance based sales incentives.
