Key responsibilities:
1. Deal execution:
A. Assist in the execution of various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments

C. Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction-related documents
D. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure smooth deal execution
2. Client interaction:
A. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance
B. Communicate effectively with clients and address their inquiries and concerns
C. Work closely with senior bankers to identify potential business opportunities and provide value-added services
3. Market research:
A. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes
B. Conduct research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities
C. Prepare market research reports and industry analyses
4. Team collaboration:
A. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including C-Suite, managers, and other associates
B. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed
