About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices as per CRM data
2. Assuming the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
3. Implementing invoicing procedures whenever/if required
4. Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases
5. Managing client requests and queries
6. Uploading and archiving invoice data as well as filing contracts
7. Assisting with past due or denied invoices
8. Coordinating efficiently with associated departments like finance, accounts, operations, etc., and serving them as required
9. Writing thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
