Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage all daily operations
2. Hire, coach, and supervise personnel
3. Build and nurture a team of talented writers and editors
4. Assign tasks to writers and editors
5. Create and manage detailed content schedules
6. Oversee proofreading and finalizing copies with style and tone
7. Resolve team issues as they arise
8. Analyze performance metrics to quantify results
9. Monitor and optimize performance to meet targets
10. Implement best practices, workflows, tools and templates to maximise efficiency and effectiveness

Who can apply:

1. Previous experience in the IT/content industry (at least 3 years)
2. Masters/Bachelor in engineering, IT or computer science, or electronics
3. Exceptional ability in writing and editing
4. In-depth knowledge of SEO concepts
