About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in filling up an IT service request form
2. Advise customers on repairs
3. Scheduling customer appointments and vendor and client meetings
4. Track IT Service requests from start to completion
5. Liaise with vendors for part procurement and delivery
6. Use and update ITIL tools to manage requests
7. Prepare invoices for clientele
8. Updating the company website
9. Perform minor repairs to devices
10. Pick up and drop off parts from a nearby vendor

15. Computer science & IT graduates are preferred
16. Commerce and other graduates are also welcome to apply

Note: Working hours would be from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (in case of extended work hours, overtime will be paid)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 340000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 140000 /year

3. Other incentives: ₹40000 /year
