IT Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements
2. Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
3. Evaluate resumes and applications
4. Source candidates using databases, social media, etc.
5. Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening
6. Schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates
7. Match the most suitable candidates to different positions

Requirement and Skills:

1. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
2. Proficiency in using MS Office tools
3. Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
4. At least 3 Months of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
5. Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
6. Integrity and confidentiality
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Team player
9. Good time-management skills
10. B.Tech/MBA or related field
