Heres what youll bring to the table:
1. 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 focus preferred)
2. Sound knowledge of US IT concepts, sourcing, screening, and Recruiting latest trends with technology
3. Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from screening resumes to onboarding new hires
4. Proven ability to source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn expertise a plus), and direct client outreach
5. Experience working with any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
7. A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to exceeding growth targets
8. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
9. Willingness to work night shifts (EST or CST)
10. Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB, etc.)
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
