About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
2. Posting financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and timely
3. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
4. Preparing GST invoices
5. Maintaining payrolls
6. Reconciling bank statements and other financial records
7. Monitoring and tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable
8. Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations

Skill(s) required

Accounting MS-Office Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Tally

Learn Financial modeling valuation

Learn Personal Finance

Learn Stock Market Trading

Learn Business Analytics

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Familiar with Tally software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
