Junior Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization and planning financial budgets to increase the operational efficiency of the organization
2. Keeping receipts and records for all the business transactions
3. Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
4. Preparing balance sheets, invoices, etc
5. Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitoring bank deposits and payments, etc.
6. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
7. Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
8. Supervising a team of accountants and finance clerks
9. Monitoring the economic and financial changes
10. Assisting in financial audits
11. Performing regular financial analysis, and resolving issues
