About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
2. Manage expenses of the company
3. Calculate TDS under the correct sections
4. Read and understand financial statements
5. Handle the company accounts on Tally
6. Manage audit requirements
7. Work on the management of petty cash
8. Work on the preparation of MIS reports and run-rate sheets
8. Work on EPF and ESIC and calculations along with filing
9. Work on managing the company secretary requirements
10. Work on preparing board resolutions
11. Manage operational tasks and deal with dealers, suppliers, and vendors
14. Procure supplies for all the campuses
Skill(s) required
Accounting Financial literacy MS-Excel
Who can apply

1. Graduate with strong academic records with 1-2 years of experience

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Demonstrated leadership skills, solve problems, and set priorities

4. Strong numerical and analytical skills

5. Should know intermediate/advance Excel and Tally

6. Should be a great team player

7. Should have good mathematical skills

8. Should be able to negotiate very well with vendors

9. Should be able to assess time vs. money at all times


Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
